Was doodling a fullbody Rohan and had to take on Josuke too, based him off of Crazy Diamond since stands are a part of your self. His cute gakuran heartchest has always looked all flayed up to me even in canon THUS the semi-guro.

The cut shape creates a "diamond" too, nyohohoho! And yeah a heart is actually positioned under the ribcage IRL but yanno what rules don't apply for stands.
